Turkey's largest and most comprehensive fleet of temperature-controlled vehicles
Designed to ensure food safety and meet quality standards, our temperature-controlled vehicles are the backbone of PolarXP, Turkey's largest temperature-controlled logistics distribution infrastructure. There are 1,100 self-owned temperature-controlled vehicles in the PolarXP system. From refrigerated trucks to trucks, micro distribution vans to mini vans, this fleet includes all vehicle types that will enable the distribution network to operate as a whole system.
The PolarXP fleet (trucks) offers the highest possible efficiency in transportation, all of which are suitable for transporting multiple types of products that need to be stored in different temperature regimes, multi-room, regime and specially designed double-deck loading with an internal height of 2.9 m.
Distribution Technology

PolarXP manages Turkey's most comprehensive and complex distribution infrastructure and carries out this process through the Transportation Management System (TMS) it has developed over the years. It ensures that tens of thousands of loads we carry every day are delivered to the right address at the right time and in the right quantity in 3 temperature regimes without damage.
Order Management
PolarXP customer service department enters the order details of the orders received from the customers into the PolarXP TMS system, generates the tracking number of the load in the entire process until delivery and shares it with the customer.
Product Collection
Orders that are registered in the TMS system and planned to be picked by PolarXP fall to the operations department. The operations department coordinates the picking of the products with customers and vehicle traffic and ensures that the necessary operation is carried out.
Cross-Dock Management
The collected products are brought to PolarXP warehouses and transfer centers. At the warehouse entrances, the products are checked on the basis of documents, volume and weight, recorded in the TMS system and barcoded and warehouse acceptance is made.
Main Line Management
The products sorted according to their destinations are brought to the vehicle ramp that will go to the main line warehouse connected to the relevant distribution city and their barcodes are scanned and loaded onto the relevant vehicles.
Distribution Management
When the line haul vehicles arrive at the relevant distribution warehouses, the products are accepted to the warehouses by scanning barcodes and counting. After being accepted to the warehouses, they are again loaded onto micro distribution vehicles by scanning their barcodes according to the dynamic distribution routing plan created through TMS, they are distributed and the delivery process is carried out.
Vehicle and Heat Tracking System
The entire PolarXP fleet is instantly monitored by satellite tracking system. In addition to the vehicle itself, temperature sensors inside the vehicle also provide data transfer to the system.
When the vehicle is loaded, the system automatically knows at what temperature the cargo should be transported, and if the temperature falls below the specified limits, it automatically alerts the central units with an alarm and the driver by calling him/her on his/her mobile phone.
Document and Delivery Management
Just one of the technological privileges of the PolarXP world, NetSafe is a software that allows POD (Proof of Delivery) copies to be sent digitally within 3 days at the latest. This software allows PolarXP drivers to take a photo of the proof of delivery and upload it to NetSafe. The uploaded delivery documents are immediately forwarded to the relevant people.
In addition, NetInfo is a tracking system that allows you to receive reports by connecting to the information platform of our group on which date and at what time the products were received, on which date, at what time and under what conditions they were delivered to our warehouses.
