To ensure that transported products are always carried under the highest standards, with the utmost hygiene, and in the correct temperature regimes, PolarXP has established Turkiye’s largest temperature-controlled dedicated fleet with 1,200 vehicles. As a result, PolarXP provides sustainable transportation services to all local and chain markets, or their consolidation warehouses, from every point in all 81 provinces of Turkiye.

Dedicated Distribution to Stores / Local Warehouses

PolarXP ensures the timely delivery of products, whether collected from managed chain market platforms or the chain markets' own warehouses, to one or multiple points along pre-planned routes across three main temperature regimes.

Planning is done dynamically through the PolarXP Transport Management System (TMS), if requested by the customer, or by the market planning teams. Delivery schedules can vary from 1 to 15 points depending on the distribution point and the type of vehicle used.

Fresh Produce Platform / Transportation Management

PolarXP manages the entire logistics process for fresh vegetables and fruits, one of the most important categories in food retail, from farm to fork. By handling the storage and consolidation of vegetables and fruits sourced by local and chain markets at supply points, PolarXP ensures their direct distribution from these points to market sales locations. In this way, the products are delivered directly to sales points without having to pass through the acceptance platforms set up by PolarXP or the chain markets for other temperature-controlled products, ensuring they reach the end consumer in the early stages of their shelf life.
